10% Increase of Second House Selling in September, which is still lower than Normal Level
WASHINGTON, Oct. 25 Xinhua U.S. 25, National Association of Realtors released data showing that in September U.S. existing home sales is up 10% over the previous month, but the volume is still significantly lower than normal level.
September U.S. second home sales after a seasonally adjusted annual amounts to 4.53 million units, higher than August revised 4.13 million units, but 19.1% lower than 560 million in September 2009.
September second home sales median price was U.S. $ 171,700 each, down 2.4%.
In the U.S. housing market, second home sales are the main force, its sales accounted for 85% of the entire housing market, since the bubble burst in early 2006, the U.S. real estate market went through severe adjustment,and not yet out of situation.
