The District Construction Committee, House Administration Bureau, the property service enterprise:
To implement the "Beijing property management regulation" ,to guide the property services to promulgate business revenues and expenditures , property services activities, maintain the legitimate rights and interests of the parties, now "writing norms of Property Services revenue and expenditure report " and " model text of property services revenue and expenditure report," issued to you and notify as follow:
1. the property services enterprise should promulgate the previous year's revenues and expenditures of property services based on the actual situation in the first quarter of each year in the property management prominent area according to " model text of property services revenue and expenditure report,"
2.Beijing property management industry associations is responsible for assisting, guiding and supervising property services to promulgate the project revenue and expenditure reports, and coordinate to deal with relevant disputes.
3.The District Construction Committee, House Administration Bureau should strengthen the supervision of publicity of the property service, any property service enterprise that did not fulfill the obligations of publicity , should be ordered to correct, and credited to the property service enterprise credit information system.
4.The notice come into force on January 1,2011
